The functional role of PKMYT1 was investigated in this study, combining bioinformatics methods with the analysis of local clinical samples and experimental procedures. Following a thorough analysis, it was observed that PKMYT1 expression exhibited a higher level in breast cancer (BC) tissues, particularly in patients with advanced disease, in contrast to the expression in normal breast tissue.
